Biddleman Spring (updated 2008)

Waring (1965, no. 58) reported a warm spring (22.8ºC) in T19N, R23E. The only spring shown in that township on topographic maps is Biddleman Spring, in Section 29, T19N, R23E (Martin Canyon 7.5-minute map). The spring is highly developed and the source is no longer accessible due to piping that runs from the source to storage tanks. The site contains two >2500 gallon storage tanks and a 1500 gallon storage tank, which deliver water to horse troughs throughout the area. The water temperature at the first accessible point was <20ºC.
