A well in SEĽ Sec. 6, T20N, R38E has a reported temperature of 24.4°C (Everett, 1964)and a flow rate of 189 L/min. The estimated reservoir temperature is the same as the measured temperature (Reed and others, 1983, p. 37, 105). About 7 km to the north, near the mountain front east of Tungsten Mountain, hot water has been encountered in shallow gold-exploration drill holes (R.T. Forest, oral commun., 2002).
