This CD-ROM is described in an abstract at http://pubs.usgs.gov/ds/2007/249/, which states: "The purpose of the Geologic Map of Nevada is to provide an integrated set of digital geologic information that can be used for regional geologic and rigorous spatial analysis." The CD-ROM does not include Adobe Acrobat PDF or other simple printable graphic files of the geologic maps.
Printed copies of this map are not currently available from USGS but seven 1:250,000-scale printed maps covering northwestern, northeastern, west-central, east-central, southwestern, southeastern, and southern Nevada derived from this digital map can be obtained from NBMG by clicking here.
